Year 3 - Willow Class

Welcome to Willow Class! Step inside our classroom and you’ll find a room of children buzzing with brilliant ideas and bursting with creativity. ‘Be kind’ heads our class charter and, as well as fantastic learners, we also recognise how important it is to be decent human beings. We are a thoughtful and caring bunch, considerate of others and value the diversity within our class, school and community. Individually, we have many different sporting and creative interests and collectively we make up the most fantastic team!

We like to think of ourselves as ‘challenge champions’, inspired by the efforts of others and on the lookout for ways to grow our brains. Drop in during a weekly times table test and you’ll be stunned by our positivity and how the progress of others is celebrated by all. We have curious minds, ask brilliant questions and our teacher and teaching assistant are constantly amazed by our ability to grow in every way.

As well as working hard, we really enjoy finding the fun in our lessons. Whether learning about the world in science or history, developing our maths or writing skills, collaborating on artwork or listening to stories, Willow class is an exciting and happy place to be.
