Year 5 - Elm Class
Welcome to Elm Class, where you’ll be greeted by our sunny smiles and curious, inquisitive minds! Our teachers are Miss Timms and Ms Norriss, and Miss James also supports us with our learning. We work hard to become independent learners who persevere when faced with challenges. Mistakes don’t hold us back - we see them as stepping stones that help us grow and flourish.
Every day is different and filled with curiosity and enthusiasm. We love being creative in Art, DT and Computing, and we enjoy sharing our ideas in English and tackling new challenges in Maths. Reading is really important to us too, and we treasure the quiet moments spent exploring exciting stories in our class library.
Friendship and kindness are at the heart of who we are. We respect one another, celebrate each other’s achievements and always try to encourage our classmates. Elm Class is a happy, supportive place where everyone has the chance to shine.
