Holiday Activity Camp
Active Clubs aim to offer Holiday Activity Camps throughout the year during the school holidays at St Swithun’s School.
Children between the age of 3-11, who enjoy lots of variety can take part in a whole range of activities every weekday during the school holidays. No two days are the same! The activities are tailored to the children attending by brilliant activity leaders with engagement and enjoyment being at the forefront of everything they do. Each day will feature a range of sports, arts and crafts, team challenges and a wide range of games.

What is the HAF programme?
The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme is a government-funded programme that provides healthy food and enriching activities to children and young people during some of the school holidays. The programme is fully funded by the Department for Education and offers children who are entitled to benefits related free school meals the opportunity to attend participating holiday activity clubs and have a free meal4. The programme aims to support children to eat more healthily, be more active over the school holidays, and have a greater knowledge of health and nutrition as well as be more engaged with school and other activities
