Kilvrough - Thurs 4th May

We woke bright and early, ready for another action packed day at Kilvrough. After a breakfast that included yummy bacon baps, we set off in our groups for today's activities.

Mr.Dando and Mrs.Brown's team had the challenge of canoeing ,in teams of 3, along the jungle-like Neath Canal. We saw a massive improvement in paddling skills during the day along with impressive team work and communication skills.

Mrs.Reaney and Mrs.Dowe's groups journeyed down to the coast for rock climbing. Both groups really challenged themselves and showed so much perseverance.

After a delicious roast chicken dinner, we rounded our last full day off with an amazing talent show. We had magicians, dancers, gymnasts and singers, although we all agreed that Marley solving the Rubik's cube on a record time of 1 minute 24 seconds was a real highlight!

Tomorrow we are looking forward to a day at the beach, before heading home.

What a fantastic week it has been! The children should all be so proud of what they have achieved and how they have conducted themselves. They have all been superstars!
