A big thankyou to everyone who came and got involved in Junior parkrun on Sunday at Florence park, it was so fantastic to see so many of you! We had a brilliant turn out of 33 children from St Swithun's with 14 first timers! We are proud to say thanks to you guys we are now officially a Parkrun Primary School!!! We hope that you all enjoyed yourself and will join in with parkrun again. Don't worry if you were not able to attend on Sunday, we are hoping to have another launch event in the spring so stay tuned.

In the meantime, parkrun happens every Sunday at 9AM so you can still get involved. As well as Florence Park other local park runs include Harcourt Hill (Cumnor) and Southern Town juniors (Abingdon- where Mrs Spratt is a frequent volunteer). We would also love to hear/ any parkrun related news in the future so that we can include it in Tuesday Newsday and in assembly.
