Radley Zoo visits Year 5
Last week Hazel and Elm had a visit from Radley Zoo where they got to respectfully handle different animals with great care and kindness. There were many different species of snakes, reptiles and even a hedgehog!
After a talk from Radley Zoo about each animal and where they came from and their preferred habitat, the children (and teachers) were able to overcome their own fears, admire the beauty of each animal and experience first-hand some animals who are not native to the UK. It was such a wonderful afternoon, and we all wish to thank Radley Zoo for giving us this great opportunity.
