World Book Day 2023

What a super fun day we all had on Thursday celebrating everything books!  It was lovely to all share our passion for literature, showcasing our favourite authors, characters, settings and books. We noticed that lots of our favourite authors were similar, for example lots of us liked Roald Dahl!

There were fabulous activities going on around the school including book quizes and joining in with the live lesson from the BBC.  It was also lovely to snuggle down with a great book, sharing these with our buddy classes. 

Cedar and Larch did a quiz on World Book Day – there was a picture, music and general knowledge round. The winners were Rowan, Ellie D, Emma, Charlotte, Elisabeta and Nicole. Well done!
