Year 6 play football at Chandlings

On Monday  13th  March, some year 6’s went to Chandlings, to compete with partnership schools in a football competition, organised by Danny Taylor.

St Swithun’s won every game, with 4 top goal scorers: Mia Bound  with 15+ goals, Cameron Baker with 5 goals, Josh Bunt with 4 goals and Zach Warner with 3 goals.

On the day, the boy’s matches were less competitive than the girls but we still had fun! Thank you to Mr Dando for driving us there and thank you to Mr Briggs for accompanying us and supporting us on the side lines.
