Year 6 welcomes Science Oxford

To deepen our understanding of different aspects of evolution, Year 6 had an interactive workshop from Science Oxford exploring natural selection based on the findings and research by Charles Darwin and the finches of the Galapagos Islands.  We unpicked how the different types of beaks impacted what the birds ate, how this determined their survival and lead to their evolution.
