School Strategy
2022 - 2026
We are proud to share our St Swithun's Primary School Strategy covering 2022-2026. This Strategy was shaped by the views of our pupils, staff, parents, carers, Governors and our Church colleagues in the Oxford Diocese.
The Strategy outlines how we will focus efforts to achieve our vision:
“Nurture, Grow, Flourish. From the smallest of seeds, grow the greatest of trees”
(The Parable of the Mustard Seed; Mark 4. 30-32)
Our Strategy shows the outcome goals we are aiming for, how we will deliver those, alongside the actions we will take to reach them. It also indicates how we will know if we have been successful.
